Returns Policy
- Return Deadline: For local customers, dresses must be returned by 6:00 PM on the following Monday. For those outside of Palmerston North, dresses should be shipped by 12:00 PM following Tuesday to ensure smooth processing for future orders and to allow adequate time for cleaning.
- Unwashed Dresses: Please return the dress unwashed. We will take care of the cleaning process.
- Damage Notification: If any damage occurs during your rental period, please notify us within 24 hours of the damage. This helps us resolve the issue quickly.
- Inspection and Damage Fees: Upon return, we will inspect the dress for any damage. If we are unable to repair the item, a replacement fee will be charged based on the damage severity and the cost of replacing the dress.
- Late Returns: Any dress returned after the due time will incur a late fee of $10 per day. If you need the dress for a longer period or are unable to return it on time, please notify us in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements.
